- To ESP your phone it needs to be:
- Internet capable and accept java applications. (Once ESP is installed, NO connection is required to view your ESP).
- A large majority of cell phones, smart phones and PDA's accept java.
- If you are unsure, click here to TEST YOUR PHONE.
- If you have a Palm device, click here.
- Click "Sign Up" to fill out the MyRapidMD Member and Emergency Service Profile Information, upload a photo of yourself and complete the payment section.
- Within 1-5 minutes of submitting payment you will receive the following text enabled link "MyRapidMD ESP - Download http://www.myrapidmd.com/1234567890/" from MyRapidMD.
- Select the url link and follow the download instructions of your phone to ESP your phone!
Your ESP DOES NOT contain any social security, credit card or personal address information and is of no value to anyone if your phone is lost or stolen.
Once installed, all your phone needs to retrieve your ESP is power; NO service connection, NO Internet connection: JUST power. If your phone is lost or out of power, we provide a 24/7 automated call center where your ESP information is available to the first responder by entering your unique MyRapidMD membership number.
